Barry gets 51.6% of the HOF vote

Peter Gammons thought Barry would have been in the 70% range. Still though, not a bad showing, hopefully that percentage will grow in the next few years.

    Poor Blyleven, only 0.8% away from getting in.

    I think Larkin gets in next year for sure, along with Alomar and hopefully Blyleven.

    Agreed! Blyleven has to be torn up! Hopefully he won’t have to wait any longer and will get the nod in 2011… along with Larkin!

    I’m guessing 2012, as well…which is a joke. All this “first ballot” HOFer stuff irritates me. Either Larkin’s a Hall of Famer, or he’s not. There are no different levels of HOFer.
