RedsFact: This is Epic
We have to give this some love. Spotting on Twitz, @redsfacts posted this magnificent, glorious, Mr Redlegs-inspired Christmas tree. It is indeed a thing of beauty. Not sure what the Jets mini-mug is doing in there, but we’ll let it slide ;) The hand-painted Mr. Redlegs ornaments are just awesome. Great job!

First Ever ‘Live’ Reds Race
Monday’s ‘Reds Unplugged‘ night at GABP featured the very first “live” Reds Race. We won’t spoil the ending, but someone with a baseball for a head won the contest and another got their just desserts.

Gettin’ a Beat Down

If you’re into Mr. Redlegs inspired clothing, you gotta check out the ‘Beat Club‘ tank from Obey Clothing.
We’re not much for rockin’ the tank tops, but flip this into a tee and we’re buyin’. Or, just put it on a Snuggie.
Mr. USB-Legs
Yeah, alright… this is pretty nerdy, but I want a Mr. Redlegs USB drive. Like Mr. Coffee and Mr. Radar, Mr. USB-Legs will come in mighty handy around the office. Not only will I be able to shove 8 gigs of Adult Alternative and DivX downloads on this sucka, but the ladies will swoon at the sight of cute little Mr. Redlegs hangin’ out the side of my MacBook Pro.
ZOMG! That’s the cutest thing ever!!

Really, check out these Star Wars MIMOBOTs and tell me they aren’t pretty cool? If Star Dubs isn’t your thing, how about Jack and his little sister, Meg? Killer. Let’s do this!
A dream come true

Nothing like wrapping up Memorial Day weekend with a Reds win and hangin’ with a couple BFFs.
Great weekend. Got to see some Reds winz, found a badass Reds hat, had my first helmet sundae of the year, got to watch unsuspecting fans on the Sony StadiumView-a-ma-jig-a-wha-wha, avoided getting shot in the face, rock star seat hook-up, and and it’s nice to know that they have a cup for the Ohio Cup! No, not that cup, a souvi cup! Much better than a helmet cup, but not as nutty as this cup.
Mr. Redlegs is the toast of NYC

Mr. Redlegs is in NYC this week on a goodwill mission on behalf of the Reds and the City of Cincinnati. He’s also getting kisses blown to him from the Today Show’s Meredith Viera.
UPDATE: Mr. Redlegs really gets around!!!1!
YOU could be the next Mr. Redlegs!

And who wouldn’t want to be? If all of us on the staff of OMGreds weren’t all washed up ex-athletes, journalizm majors and mediocre graphic designers, we would all have our resumes in to the Reds and well on our way to falling off the back of ATVs in no time. After all, we all do have great knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and don’t mind holding massive snakes. But, don’t let us scare you off… go apply yourself.
hehe. Massive snakes.
GABP Dance Party!

Our boy Mr. Redlegs busted out with some sweet dance moves before Friday night’s game. Here he’s doing the Running Man. Take notes, kids, this is poetry in motion.
Clearly these dance moves gave the Reds the inspiration they needed to sweep the weekend series from the Giants.
Note to the San Francisco Giants: YOU GOT SERVED!
Opening Day tickets
Mark you calendars to make sure you register for the chance to purchase up to 4 opening day tickets. Registration runs from 9 a.m. ET Monday through 5 p.m. ET Tuesday. This will be the only way to purchase opening day tickets without the purchase of season tickets or a package plan. Good luck!

Rosie Red: Coming to a GABP near you
The Reds have announced the creation of a Rosie Red mascot that will join Mr. Red and Mr. Redlegs at Great American Ballpark this summer. It’s a small part of an overall plan to attract more moms (and kids along with them) to the ballpark. Sounds like a super fantastic move. Now, we can finally have a real live Mr. Reds Race – or whatever it’s called now.
You can find more information about the Reds’ Rosie Reds Club on their website and at Reds.com (outdated, it seems to be).
BONUS!
Here’s video (and article) of Edwin Encarnación jacking a quadrangular in winter ball play down in the Dominican Republic. Boom goes the dinamita!!!1!!1!!11!!11
Mr. Redlegs

He’s showing up everywhere, folks. Here’s a poster from Hero Design Studio out of Buffalo, NY for the band The National. Though formed in Brooklyn, NY, most of the band members (all, maybe?) are from Cincinnati.
