BP Bobblehead: How We Roll

OMG Helmet Sundaes!
Brandon Phillips' Bobblehead Night* is here and OMGreds is celebrating... by doing homemade helmet sundaes and beers after the game. Great combo, eh? Well, that's just how we do 'round here. There is at least one other blog that's excited about it.

So, BP is going to RAKE tonight, just as he did last night. The cycle, perhaps? Only time will tell.

So, here's to bobbleheads and helmet sundaes... may we never grow up.

Oh, and catch the action on the photoblog today too. I'm sure OMG Helmet Sundae will be throwing down as well.

GABP... BEER ME ASAP

Mr. Red needs a beer, hook a brother up!
Here's the word on some great new micro-brews to be featured at Reds games this year. This information was posted (registration required) on The Beer Advocate yesterday...

Great Amercian Ball Park, Cincinnati OH

Ah, yes, Cincinnati Reds opening day is so close. Hopefully, we will have a winning season! Here's the word on craft beer this year: Left Hand Sawtooth Ale at section 126, Bell's Oberon at section 104, Goose Island Honkers Ale at section 135, and Flying Dog Tire Bite Golden Ale at section 417. These breweries will be poured at these locations all season long. The only change will be in what particular style will be on tap. You will also be able to find Barrel House and Mt. Carmel at various spots through the ball park. I'm working on getting some better stuff in bottles at section 132, including Southern Tier, Brooklyn, Left Hand and others. Drink it up and enjoy opening day!

========================

Other people followed up saying all of the brewers there will also have IPA's (India Pale Ale) on tap, including two hearted from bells.
