Sox patch

Reds fans should remember these jerseys from the 2009 Civil Rights Game. Most were price at $150 and up.

Ken Griffey Jr. game-used White Sox jersey - $2,500. Wow. Not sure these moved at all by the end of the weekend.

Great vintage look. Must have worn these during the season at some point. Modeled after the uniforms from the '50s.

New, but with a vintage look. The 'Go-Go Sox' wore this style in the '50s. Totally boss.

Wow, these are just fantastic. The Sox have a great bunch of throw-backs to rock.
This great couple we met at Soxfest showed us their prized White Sox possession: a game-used Ozzie Guillen jersey from 1986. She was kind enough to let us take a few photo of the jersey, including the tagging shown below.
Later that weekend, we caught up with her again and she said that Ozzie really enjoyed seeing his old threads, and showed the Sox workers around him how small his used to be – the jersey is just a size 40. Ozzie told her a little fact about that jersey that set it apart from potential knock-offs. He would have a small horizontal stitch line sewn into the v intersection of the neck. Wish we would have a gotten a photo of it, but it just didn’t happen. Nice little tidbit there.
