This the scene over at Koch's Sporting Goods in downtown Cincinnati. For years they've had a large Mannequin outside with a Griffey jersey on during baseball season. When walking to lunch today, they were changing it to a White Sox jersey. Sad. Very Sad.

Come on!

I'm going to come off as a bit of a snob here... whatever.

Dude is committing a couple of jersey fouls:

1) Rocking the sleeveless without a matching undershirt (white? really?)

2) We're glad that you're a Jay Bruce fan... and maybe you were a fan before we all were... But you can't get his name put on a jersey that he never wore.

3) That's an awful embroidery job. Incorrect fonts, name is not arched... argh.

It just all comes out to be a train wreck. Sorry dude... I'll give you points for being a fan. But, if you're going to get a jersey done... by all means, GET IT DONE UP RIGHT.

But I had to go The Raconteurs show. It's the only night there were going to be in town this tour, and well, I just had to see them. I hope everyone honored you well at the game. I thought about you. Not sure if you would like The Raconteurs or not... but I think you would at least have given them a try.

Go Cyclones!

OMGreds.com had a change of pace tonight. Instead of watching the Reds and Padres battle on TV, we headed to the Cyclones game. This was game one of the ECHL Kelly Cup Finals. The Cyclones are now up 1-0 on the Las Vegas Wolfpack and quite possibly on their way to winning Cincinnati's first championship in nearly 18 years - since the 1990 Reds. You have to cheer that on, right?
